Her journey into counseling began alongside my athletic pursuits at Rutgers University, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Fine Arts while serving as the captain of the Women's Soccer Team. Drawing upon her background as a collegiate athlete, she understands firsthand the pressures and demands that accompany high-performance environments. Whether you are an athlete striving for peak performance or navigating the complexities of life off the field, Sarah can offer a unique perspective and tailored support to help you thrive.
